For large unlimited medipack highlight timex, L1,L2,R1,R2, up, release all
buttons.
For unlimited small medipack and ammo highlight timex,L1,L2,R1,R2, up,
circle, and triangle, then release all buttons. we tried the one you had but
it didn't work. this one worked.

to get special features in the beginning, start new game, then press select and highlight your timex icon and hold L1,L2,R1,R2,down and circle, then press triangle.

Quit the game and once back at the beginning you will now have another option named " Special Features"

Unlimited health and ammo press select, go highlight your timex. hold L1,L2,R1,circle, then press triangle

Unlock all items for current level press select, highlight your timex, hold L1,L2,R1,R2, down then press circle
