ok heres my code for happy sims! 
is to make your sim happy easier..first you mustsave the game then once youve done that enter the "move_objects on" code while in buy mode delete your guy(s) and then go to live mode double click on the face and they should 
be back and happy.(remember if you dont save your skill points will also earase!)

To get ghosts at night, kill off a few Sims. Then build a fence around the graves so the people can't mourn the graves. After a few sim days the Sims will be used to it so then you can take away the fence. Around 12:30 at night, ghosts will come and haunt you sims!!!! this really works!!!

i dont no if u have this already, but here when it copmes time in the game to buy stuff for their house, buy a dreeser.
if u do buy a dreeser, then click on one of the sims and then on the dreeser. your sim will now change closh. then, make him (or her) order pizza. keep changing its closh to where its in his underwear! only! when the pizza gets 
there, make that sim open the door. what a funny sight!
