check in to the challenge hall every once in a while sometimes they have challenge cups
note:they are less common after you beat the grandmasters.

this is the cheat it only works on level 100 poke'mon it works for all
versions of poke'mon first gain a lot of exp then put the poke'mon any pc box
then take him out you just maxed out his stats just keep doing that it will
make his stats really high.
