After beating your rival in every area he appears go to pokemon league and fight
them three times. Then go to the magnet train station. On the magnet train going
from Goldenrod city to saffron city. Look above the train you should see
something flying over the train in the opposit direction you're going. After the
train stops a man will be in the train station next to that guy that talks about
the rail pass. The new guy will tell you he saw a really fast pokemon go by. He
will tell you to fly to mt. silver. Their fight red. After the credits. Go back
in to the cave. Go to the area with waterfalls and climb the one closest to
where you fought red. Climb the waterfall and go into a cave inside will be
another cave go in it. Inside will be an entie with wings. Its at level 80 and
knows fireblast, hyper beam, wing attack, and roar. Its really hard to beat so
get a copied masterball ready. This has only worked for me once so if it does
not work sorry.
