Catch any Pokémon Easily:

You can breed Pokémon at the Pokémon Daycare Center just before you enter Goldenrod City. If you breed a male scyther there, who only knows the move "False Swipe" (he learns it at level 18)(go to the "Move Deleter" at Blackthorn City to delete all the other moves (If you can't go there yet, never mind)) with a female paras (or parasect), You will probably get an 
egg, if you walk around for a while (You will have an egg when the Day-care man stands outside in the backyard. Just enter the house and then go through the other door). When you walk some more, eventually, the egg will hatch. You will certainly have a paras, and there's a big chance that he knows "False Swipe" (It deals damage to the other Pokémon BUT leaves at least 1 HP) raise it until it learns "Spore", a move for putting enemy 

Pokémon to sleep wich has a high hit percentage. Now you can put any Pokémon to sleep, then swipe it until it has 1 HP left, and CATCH IT! I used this trick to capture Suicune, Entei, Raikou, The red Gyarados, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres and many, many more Get more from the Web.

To catch Celibi you have to go to the Ilex forest at night and when you are near Goldenrod there will be a guy next to a tree talk to him and he will say when i used headbutt on a tree a weird poke'mon appeard then go to a tree and 
use headbutt and if you keep on trying a Celibi will appear and it is tough to catch.

How to catch LuriLuri: 
LuriLuri is the pre-evolved form of Marril. To get one, you have to beat the Elite Four 10 times in a row. Then, go to Mt. Silver and defeat Red three times. Next, go to Red again, and he will give you the BW(black/white) ball. This enables you to breed poke'mon to make new baby poke'mon. Breed Marril with a Ditto, or another Marril to make Luri Luri. 

P.S., 
The BW ball can also get you pokemon number 351 (which is Angoreal). It looks like a cat and a genie combined. Also, with the BW ball, you can catch the new Eevee evolutions. Their names are Galeon and Mytheon.

The way to get a Magby is to get a magmar at the icecave down by the indigo platou then get a slow poke and leave it with the daycare man or lady and put magmar and slowpoke then after a day go back and he will have an egg.

In pokemon crystal you can put in a virus. It is harmless. If you duplicate a pokemon 5 times the fifth one will will be named "?" with tons of 9s so becarful of duplicating pokemon. So make sure you delete it but take the item that you duplicated.
