Get Celfbi catch a nowktowl and put it in the pc and then go to Bill in goldenrod city and he will tell you that thier is a secret pokemon around then go to the daycare water and you should battle a Celfbi but you need a Master Ball to catch it.

To get the GS ball first go to the Tin Tower and then go to the roof and after you catch Suicune after walk around and Entei will apear(lv.80)run from him.After Entei will have left the GS ball.(WORKS 100%)

if you want to clone your best pokemon it is the same as in gold and
silver. go to a pokemon center and log onto bill's p.c. and deposit
the pokemon you want cloned into a empty box then change the box and
when it says SAVING DO NOT TURN OFF THE POWER turn off the game
(make sure you save before you try in case it dont work) when you
turn the game back on presto the pokemon will still be in your party
and the clone will be in the box that used to be empty.
pretty helpful i think, you can even have the pokemon hold an item
and the item will be duplicated also very good to duplicate the
metal coat to get steelix and scizzor

Go to Goldenrod city,than go to the day care center and talk to the man, he will ask you if you want the egg say yes and he will give you the egg. The egg will be Igglypuff.
