If you catch missing no. in level 0 it can evolve to a kangaskhan<-----im 
not sure if I spelled that right but then if you look in your party it 
looks like you captured a person and then your game might freeze. Its not 
very safe to catch it because it can (can), mess up your game or might just 
freeze it, but eighther way its not safe so its better if you dont 
catch it. I was freaked out at first but now I cant do nothing because im not 
sure if the game got mest up, and when you surf at cinnibar there might be 
ground or rock, grass, fire, thunder pokemon appearing in the sea, in the surfing 
areas. How do you catch a mew and where?

This may not be a code but ill give you some good advice.
Okay first if you are wondering if some of those codes are true well some of them are.I'LL tell you 2 codes that arent true.1 is the one where you get a male or female Blastiose 
or a male or female Venusaur and raise them to level 70.
Then you put them in the daycare and you will get Venustoise,COME ON!!!That is so not true man.What a total waste of time.The 2nd one is you put your pokemon
box on 12 then you release your Lugia and HO-OH,then go
fishing,with a super rod,in the daycare,SO NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!
