Take the hoverCrate from the hanger to the firing range and throw poison knives at it. Take the crate full of knives to Carrington's office. Go back to the firing range and select the Farsight XR-20 and blow up the crate. Go to the device lab and select cloaking device. Cloak yourself and go to Carringtons office. You can pick up the Knives and throw them at him. The will be in him until you play a mission or turn off the game.
