To get to Staunten Island Early, get to the 2nd level and steal the banshee the fastest car in the game. drive to where you started in the first level. face towards the broken part of the bridge. type the code for flying dodo car, drive as fast as you can, and hold up. this should cause your car to hover. Try to land it on the other side of the bridge.

BLACK FBI CAR WITH BLUE SYREN
Kill as many people as possible with the tank,and make sure the cops don't get you. to get the tank type circle(6) R1, L2, L1,triangle, circle then triangle. after killing enough people, five of the stars on the top right corner will light up. Then instead of police cars, black fbi cars with blue syrens will chase you. Make a road block, and type R2,R2,L1,R2 up, down, up, down, up, down. take the fbi car before they drive away,park it in the garage at your hideout, then get back in it, and it will be good as new.
NOTE; There are 4 cops in the car so try to open the door, wait till they come out,and get in the car as fast as you can.
