to make your guy play with his balls you must first change the costume to an old fart man then press L3 twice and he will start playing with his balls but then a few seconds into it he will have a heart attack and die, its only a good code for fun.

In Grand Theft auto three, if you want all weapons, just press r2, r2, l1, r2, left down right up left down right up again, and you have all guns and throwing hand grenades, and bat, everything!!!!!
