When you do the mission gone fishing that Ray gives, Rays partner who
you
have to rub out is driving a boat that looks like a police boat but is
not.
To get the boat wait 'til he drives up on land, then when he jumps out
kill
him and push his boat into the water then jump in. You will drive a
boat that
is pretty fast. Trust me, this code really works!
