FIRST YOU HAVE TO PUT ON THE "BETTER STIRING CODE"THEN GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND JUMP ON TO THE ROOF. TURN LEFT AND THERE WILL BE A BLUE WINDOW GO INTO IT AND TI WILL TRANSPORT YOU TO THE THIRD CITY. WHEN YOU GET THERE TURN LEFT AND THEN HAVE FUN.
