To make this happen u need ethier a rocket launcher or a PSG-1 sniper rifle both is good to.. and a Molotov cocktail. and a Colt M4.... Stand on any car toss a Molotov cock tail and the person should stop and run.. keep throwing Molotov's than change to the rocket Launcher press R1. nothing will happen than go to your Colt M4 and if there people around u it will lock on to them.. remember if u stop pressing R1 while on lock on for the Colt M4 it will disapper and u won't have the lock on anymore and u have to do the thing over again..

First Complete the mission CopLand. It is the 19th mission. once you beat it go to the police station south of the Malibu! Go in side, when you first get in go to the locker room the police suit will be there. Before you get the suit you will have two stars. Just get the suit! The stars will go away now. Walk out. Go to
Escobar International Airport! Go to Fort Baxter Air Base from there. The army men will not shoot you now that you have a cop suit on! Go to the left to the stairs. Walk up them turn right and walk to the wall. Now turn right again. Walk over the walk way. Go down the steps and walk straight to the fence. Do not go in the tower! Now turn left untill you see an opening. Go through it. Now turn left once threw the opening. Walk straight to the fence. Turn Right and wlk untill you see another opening. Now go left to the Hunter!

On g-spotlight instead of taking a bike and finishing it the hard way go up to the last part where you go to go through the window then go through the window because of unique stunt then go to the police helicopter then land in the pink marker and just keep doing that over and over until the end and when you get out the bridges that would have got down Incas you fell will go down.
