Drive by with out driving the car

Put in a weapons cheat as soon as you start walk in front of a car and jump on top of it when your on top of the car hit the aim button with a machine gun, shot gun or any gun beside the flamethrower aim it at someone and shoot them if the cops come after you use the lower wanted level cheat but if you want to have a little more fun let the cops chase you and when they are behind you a little ways away pull out your rocket launcher and fire away but the cops will come in front of the car you are on and block the car if that happens then aim down and shoot the car you are standing on sometimes the car will speed up and bust through the block but sometimes the person in the car with flee

Then put in the explode all cars cheat this will blow up the car your chassing and give you money if you do this many times then you will get lots of money. If you do it consistantly for ten minute then you can even get up to 250,000 dollars.
