I have 2 cars for you that can do 265-270 mph on the test course, and 
whit drag can hit over the 280 mph mark. These cars are the Toyota
GT-ONE an the HKS 180 SX dragster. The only thing you have to buy is 
the stage 4 turbo for the GT-ONE. When you do this you will be pushing 
exactly 975 hp. The only thing you have to do now is mess with the gear ratios. 
I'll post these at a later time. Like I said before, this is for Test Course 
races. The GT-ONE in any other race will hit about 220-240 mph on any other straight. 
Keep on looking for the gear ratios later on. Peace out.

Go to race that has a bigger HP limit. Go to setting and, take 
off all your HP parts. Quite the race. Then go to a race that is above your HP 
limit. Go to setting and mess around untill the #s at the bottem go 
over the HP limit. It won't be real higher, but you get a better chance at 
winning.

What's up? I'm back again with another tip. In some races you will 
encounter cars that shouldn't be there. I will let you in on some of the 
races to look for these cars:

Hisoric Cars 
Race: Rome Circut
Hp limit: 295
Cheap Car: Ford GT 40 
Hp of Car: 305

Race: Grindelwald
Hp limit: 320-395?
Cheap Car: 427 67' Stingray
Hp of Car: 427

Endurance Race
Race: Trial Mountain
Hp limit: 295
Cheap Car: Vector M12 Limited Edition
Hp of Car: 595-670?

There may be more races. I'll go back and recheck every race. I'll let 
you know on the other races and be more accurate with the stats. Untill 
then look for these cars. If you encounter them, try your luck or just 
load your game again. Good luck.

easily win the gran turismo all stars red rock valley race:

Try to beat that race with the best , fastest car you have. U can beat 
it with the dodge concept car. Once you beat it, you will get the TVR 
speed 12. Outfit it with weight reduction stage 3, racing modification,and i'm 
not sure what else, so just see what you can put on it. Go to the red rock 
valley race with the speed 12 and you will beat it very easily.If it's too 
slippery, try and fix the downforce. When you beat it , you will get the speed 12 
again . keep doing this when you really need a lot of cash. it's pretty easy 
once you get used to it.

i'm back with a warning. in some of the races, you might find a car 
that is impossible to beat. the reason for this is, IT DON'T BELONG 
THERE!!!!.
there are plenty of glitch cars, but i'll just list the major ones to 
look for:

historic cars GT
Rome circuit
hp limit: 295
glitch car: GT-40 (305hp)

Grindwald
hp limit: 325-395
glitch car: 427 Corvette Stingray (427hp)

Trial Mountain Endurance Race
hp limit: 295
glitch car: Vector M12 Limited Edition (690hp)

The only car that can be beat is the stingray. the car to use would be 
any skyline between the years 94-99. it's acceleration can match or 
straight beat the stingray.
as for the other 2 races, you better hope that they spin out all the 
time (yeah right) or the best position you can finish in is 2. believe 
me. i have bad luck when it comes to these cars. i once had to race 
against 3 GT-40's in the same race at the same time. did i win? HELL NO!!!!. 
same thing with the M12. as soon as i saw 2 of them, i turned off the 
game and played something else. well, look for those cars and take your 
chances. good luck.

i know how to unlock a secret car- the mclaren f1. it can reach speeds 
over 350 mph!!! i have got the car and raced a suzuki escudo pikes peak 
version, and beat it by 11 seconds!!! u have to by every special car in the 
game from every dealership and have all licences. then go to east city. there 
will be a new mclaren dealership!! they have only one car, the mclaren f1. it 
costs 20 million dollars, but its so worth it.

To win a dodge racing concept (silver) first you must go to the muscle car race and go to laguna seca win and you get that car and it cashes in at $125,000 not that you'd want to sell it. This Dodge goes 197 and will win the all star races with seconds to spare.
