Step 1 -- drive north and go to the Wrigleyville area and find Wrigley Field.
Step 2 -- park your car at the northwest end of the ballpark and get out.
Step 3 -- go over to the tickets area and press the triangle button. This
will open a secret area at the southeast corner.
Step 4 -- get back to the car and drive to the newly opened gate at southeast
corner.
Step 5 -- leave your car at the ramp. Walk up the ramp, turn right, and
continue walking to reach the bonus car

~ secrete car ~ Hava~ first go to the tunnel at the far left end of the city ( don't go directly into the tunnel) because right before that there is a round, go down it, about 1/3 your way there stop get out and walk to the right side of the road all the way in tell you reach the trees, then there should be a little switch, press triangle and up and it should open the secratye gate. then follow the road all the the way down and it should bring you to the secrete car.

Invincibility:
To prevent your cars from taking damage use this cheat!

Take a drive in Las Vegas and head down Mid Strip until you find a place called "Willacy's Pharmaceuticals" get out and hit the switch to unlock this totally awesome cheat!!

For no cops:
To prevent cops chasing you, take a drive in Rio and find the police station which on the map is above "Lagoa Rodrigo De'Freitas" hit a switch near a white door and you will unlock this cheat.

Want a fire truck:
Just about all of the trucks are in the Ukranian Village. Sorry, just because your driving a fire truck don't mean your a fireman.
