It's like a tip.If you drive on the sidewalk in S.F. the cops willstop.The cops even turn around sometimes.It works but their is two problems.The cars will pull across the sidewalk.That will cause you to swerve or wipe out.And poles.If you hit a pole you are going to wipe out DUH!!!!!
