Choose "Passcodes" from the Options menu. Enter the code "HALIFAX?" and select "Enter Code," then enter the code "!YNGWIE!" and select "Enter Code" again. You won't get any noises to confirm of the correct completion of this codebeing accepted. Next time you're at the "Select Your Craft" screen, the Naboo Starfighter should be to the left of the X-Wing. In order to get rid of it you must enter "HALIFAX?" again.
