Unlock all tracks 
Go to the options screen and set the difficulty to 'master,' and the laps per 
race at five. Press the start button to return to the main menu.. 

Highlight the One Player bubble and press X. At the Rider Select screen, scroll right through the racers and press X when you see "Li'l Dave.". Press the Triangle button to return to the rider select screen, then press it once again to return to the main menu.

 Once at the main menu, press Up, Down, Left, Right, R2, R1, L2, L1 in four seconds or less. Highlight the Options bubble and press X. In the options screen, change the laps per race to three, and press the start button. Now select one player and press X from the title screen. 

Scroll right at the select rider screen and press X when 'Wild Ride' appears. 
Back up with the Triangle Button to the main menu again. This time 
press Up, Left, Down, Right, Square, R2, Circle, L2 in four seconds or less. Go back to 
the Options screen and select Amateur difficulty, and turn the turbos 
off. 

Press the Start button to return to the main menu. Press X on the One player 
bubble, and this time, scroll left through the racers and select Bomber. Use 
the Triangle button to go back to the main menu screen, and once there, 
press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right in four seconds or less. 

Go back to the options screen and select professional difficulty and turn the turbos 
back on. Press the start button to return to the main menu. Press R2, R1, L1, 
L2, R2, R1, L1, L2 in four seconds or less. If you have done everything 
correctly, you will hear a cha-ching sound. Now you can select any player, 
choose the practice mode, race a race and save it at the end. Now all that 
you have to do is load that save and you will have all the tracks all of the time! 

Enigma 
At the options screen, select Master as the difficulty setting, and choose 6 
laps per race. Press the Start button, and at the main menu screen press 
Left, Square, Down, Triangle, Right, Circle, L1, R1 in four seconds or less. 
You should hear a cha-ching sound if you have entered the code 
correctly.
