After 5 more days rick will come to your house saying he made a transporter. when he asks you to try it out say "yes". But first he will try a vegedable and it will be frozen and it becomes a failer. Later if you keep visting him it will work and you will have a transporter to transport you around town.

Go across the bridge that leads to the room that health in it. While going across the bridge, set a remote bomb on the bridge. Once safely inside a far corner, detonate the bomb. You can attack people from there, but it's hard for them to attack you. If you end up getting hurt, the full health will appear once in a while.
