To get a lot of items or rare candies go to the man in viridian city who was hurt at the beginning of the game and talk to him and have him teach you how to catch pokemon then go to fuchshia city and go to the ocean on the south side and go to the island on the west side (don't fight till you get there) then go up and down the side of the island. If you fight you cant have the cheat o yeah have the item you want on the 6 or 7 on the item list.

Don't get your hopes up because I'm still testing this o.k.?The first thing you do is get all the badges then you get g.s. ball then you beat the elite 4 5 times take the g.s. ball to kurt he will look at it and he'll keep it for one day get it back and go to the statue in Ilex Forest press up+b+a+Start and you will either see a Celibee fly past you(Don't bother chasing it I did and it lead me in the middle of nowwhere there is no way out!) or you will fight Celibee(You get that 10.0000000009% of the time).
