ok first you have to put the slower game play cheat in about 3 - 5
times then you put in the jump code and then you could find a banshee and
go to portland and go to where the mafia place is then right when you
are about to go down hillstop and look to the left and there you will see
the roof top that look like jumps go of the first ump slowly and
acclerate the next jump and push the L3 button right when you hitt the 2 roof
top and then yyou will land on top of a bulding
